MODI enters a new era: Goods receipt 5.0! Absolute security and efficiency as a start to 100% traceability…With this slogan, MODI has been offering one of the most modern and secure solutions on the market in the area of incoming goods inspections for years.
At Productronica from November 14-17, 2023 in Munich, MODI is now bringing together several areas of expertise and, together with its partners, will be presenting itself with concentrated strength.
At the 60 square meter stand 568 in hall A2, MODI, together with Inovaxe and Phoenix Mecano, will be presenting new and proven solutions for the industry. The WES V5 (incoming goods system version 5) is the centerpiece of the stand. The familiar system will be presented at the trade fair with a new look and a number of enhanced features such as improved label recognition, optimized document evaluation, roll measurement thanks to AI, capture of all labels with just one image and a new user interface. The MODI and Partner team therefore define the new version of WES V5 as Goods Receipt 5.0.
Efficient partnerships lead to sophisticated, innovative solutions in incoming goods and warehousing
Together with Phoenix Mecano, the Productronica stand will also be showcasing automation in the area of incoming goods. Humans and robots play a major role as a team and advanced collaborative robotics optimize the incoming goods process. The state-of-the-art solutions will be demonstrated live at the stand.
With the further cooperation MODI + INOVAXE, warehousing will be addressed at the stand and presented through the customized interfaces for different storage systems. There will also be detailed live demonstrations at the stand.
In addition to the large 5.0 incoming goods department, MODI also relies on advanced solutions such as a new innovative pallet scanner which, thanks to the patented ADOMO© camera technology, has an enormously large detection radius and can also optimize the processes in incoming and outgoing goods.
