Optimizations in label recognition through to the improved user interface
Complete delivery bills are now recorded using text recognition. Targeted training and automatic recording of all data is now possible. The scanned product numbers can now be compared directly with the delivery bill. MODI recommends nevertheless the comparison with the order data from your ERP system.
The diameter of the rolls is determined during the scanning process. Optimized storage is possible. Prevent the storage of rolls that cannot be processed by your pick and place machine. And directly in the incoming goods department!
Thanks to the improved camera technology in the WES V5, all labels are captured at once. High-resolution images ensure 100% traceability. The reading quality and the Process times are significantly optimized and make work easier!
Improved user interfaces make working with even easier with the MODI WES. The tidy interface shows the most important data at a glance. The newly implemented dark mode is easy on the eyes.
System improvements should be made in hardware and software will always be a major component. New features such as AI roll measurement or optimized document evaluations are part of the improvements!
